auditing shall declare any conflict on the application form.<\/p>\n                    <p>&nbsp;4.2.2 Other personnel including auditors: All the personnel shall complete the conflict-of-interest Impartiality Committee<\/h5>\n                  <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div data-colibri-id=\"1413-c106\" class=\"h-text h-text-component style-1199 style-local-1413-c106 position-relative h-element\">\n                  <!---->\n                  <!---->\n                  <div class=\"\">\n                    <p>SAC&amp;C will appoint the impartiality committee that shall assist with the following:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>Assist in developing the policies relating to impartiality of SAC&amp;C Certification activities<\/li>\n                      <li>Counteract any tendency on the part of SAC&amp;C Certification Department to allow commercial or other considerations to prevent the consistent objective provision of certification activities.<\/li>\n                      <li>Advise on matters affecting confidence in certification including openness and public perception.<\/li>\n                      <li>Conduct a review at least once annually of the impartiality of the evaluation and decision-making processes of the SAC&amp;C certification services.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>&nbsp;Other tasks or duties may be assigned to the committee provided these additional tasks or duties do not compromise its essential role of ensuring impartiality. Continuous monitoring shall be done by the Quality Manager while\n                      the periodic review shall be conducted by the Impartiality Committee at least once a year.<\/p>\n                    <p>4.3.1 Responsibilities and authorities of the committee<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>Respect confidentiality requirements of the Certification Body<\/li>\n                      <li>Adequately represent key interests<\/li>\n                      <li>Access any information required to fulfil the functions.<\/li>\n                      <li>Take whatever independent action necessary while respecting the Certification Body\u2019s confidentiality requirements.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>&nbsp;4.3.2 The Composition (Membership)<\/p>\n                    <p>&nbsp;The Committee shall consist of at least the following members who shall be representatives of key interest groups including but not limited to:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>Industry trade organisation<\/li>\n                      <li>Consultant<\/li>\n                      <li>Technical expert<\/li>\n                      <li>Academics<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <p>4.3.3 Meeting of impartiality committee<\/p>\n                    <p>&nbsp;The meeting shall be conducted at least once a year and the quality manager or director shall attend that meeting.
